Sharon and Cameron's Union Square Engagement Session
Sharon and Cameron had a laid back engagement session in Union Square. We started at the spot where Cameron proposed (in front of th George Washington statue in Union Square park), hoping a fence to get the right shot. They were completely okay climbing a fence with me lugging my camera behind them, which is how I knew immediately, we'd have fun together.
We took some photos inside the park (again with the fence hopping!) and headed to a few of their favorite spots in the East Village. We wrapped everything up two common date night spots: Forbidden Planet and Max Brenners. Chocolate and comic books are some of our favorite things, so I was really excited to get some shots there. Those spots were really crowded, but in true New York fashion, no one seemed to notice the couple snuggling and the photographer not so discretely following them around.
It was so much fun doing this session, and I'm really excited to shoot their wedding this winter!
